A BP MS 150 Recommended Ride Sunday, November 18, 2007 is the scheduled date for this year's exciting BIKE THE BEND fundraising ride benefiting the Literacy Council of Fort Bend County. Richmond Bone & Joint Clinic, P. A. has signed on again as the title sponsor for this year's event. It's a great ride for those training for the BP MS 150, and for everyone else! This year's ride lengths are: 10, 19, 32, 53 and 59 miles. Now is the time to start planning on becoming a rider, a sponsor (see sponsorship opportunities and registration form pdf below), or a volunteer helping out with planning, setting up, and executing this wonderful event. Remember, all proceeds from BIKE THE BEND go to help adults who want to improve their literacy skills. Route: The course consists of routes of 10, 19, 32, 53 and 59 miles.  Each fantastic route takes riders through the scenic landscapes of Fort Bend County.  There is also an alternate extended route available.  See route map for details. All routes will start and finish at Foster High School in Richmond (map of route is  now posted on this website with Sponsor Ops and Registration form). Fee: $30 registration fee if paid before the event; $35 late registration fee on the day of the event (cash/check only).
