The registration form you choose is determined by the county in which you pay your property taxes.  Choose from the following registration forms:

Registration form for students who pay Fort Bend County Property Taxes:
English Application     Spanish Application

Registration form for students who pay City of Sugar Land Property Taxes:

Registration form for students who pay City of Missouri CIty Property Taxes:

Registration form for students who pay Harris County/Houston Propery Taxes:

The student will need to fill out registration forms and provide a photo ID.  The photo ID should show your current address. If the address on your photo Id is different than your physical address, you will need to bring a copy of a utility bill (gas, electric or telephone) as proof of residency.  You will also need to bring proof of income such as two (2) weeks of paycheck stubs for everyone in the household that is working, or a copy of the last Federal Income Tax return. (preferred) *

Directions to LCFBC Literacy Center from the Sugar Land area:   Take Hwy 59 N to the Dairy Ashford exit. Go left at Dairy Ashford. Cross Hwy 90 and the railroad tracks. Take the first left on to Julie Rivers. Take the first left again on to Emily Court. The Literacy Council of Fort Bend County is the second building on the right.

Monday-Thursday 9:00 am – 11:00 am and 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Friday 9 am – 11:00 am and 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Proof of residency (current address) and income documentation are required for grant writing purposes only.  If you are unable    to present income documentation, it will not prevent you from attending classes.
