The Literacy Council of Fort Bend County has no political affiliations. 
 

The Literacy Council of Fort Bend County
Now celebrating 22 years of service to Fort Bend County!

The LCFBC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in 1987. Primary programs and services include: One-on-one Basic Literacy training for adults needing help with reading, writing, and basic computation; small group instruction for English as a Second Language (ESL), and GED classes focusing on preparing students to pass the GED test.


Free GED Classes begin on August 25, 2009. 
Session1:  Writing     Aug. 25 - October 15
Session 2:  Reading     October 20 - Dec. 17
Session  3:  Math     Jan 5 - April 29
Session 4:  Science/Social Studies     May 4 - May 27
