The Literacy Council of Fort Bend County Now celebrating 22 years of service to Fort Bend County!
The LCFBC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in 1987. Primary programs and services include: One-on-one Basic Literacy training for adults needing help with reading, writing, and basic computation; small group instruction for English as a Second Language (ESL), and GED classes focusing on preparing students to pass the GED test.
Free GED Classes begin on August 25, 2009. Session1: Writing Aug. 25 - October 15 Session 2: Reading October 20 - Dec. 17 Session 3: Math Jan 5 - April 29 Session 4: Science/Social Studies May 4 - May 27
