For Students

Our programs are for adults age 18 and older.

We offer English classes, GED preparation, U.S. citizenship preparation, digitali literacy, and basic literacy tutoring.

You may take more than one class or program if your schedule allows.
Your class options will also depend on your placement level and program requirements.
Our staff will help you choose the best classes for you. -
It usually takes 2-3 business days to review your application.
After you apply, you will come in for an orientation and assessment, and receive your class placement and schedule.

We offer low-cost classes. Fees are discussed during the enrollment process, and all costs ar explained before you begin.
For Volunteers

Volunteers must be at least 18 years old to help in the office. Classroom volunteers must be 21 years or older.

Most volunteers give about 2–3 hours each week.
Classroom and office roles both offer some flexibility, and we will work with your schedule.
Classroom volunteers are encouraged to commit for the academic year so students have consistent support. -
No experience is required! We provide training and support.

No. We provide training and guide you through our curriculum and materials. You will also receive ongoing training to help you build your skills throughout the year.

Our team will contact you to talk about your interests and next steps. You will attend an orientation and complete training. Once your background check is approved, you can begin volunteering — often within a few weeks.
