The Director of Advancement drives the strategic growth, fundraising, communications, and community partnerships needed to sustain and expand the adult education programs of the Literacy Council of Fort Bend County (LCFBC). As a key member of the leadership team, this role diversifies revenue through major gifts, the annual fund, corporate sponsorships, and foundation and government grants, and leads how LCFBC tells its story.
